Player Login

Players get their PYSL website username and password from their coach. This will enable players to access the protected features of the site and access private team information. See the Web Information document for more information.

The first time you login to the PYSL website, be sure and verify your personal information using the Admin Information page. Just click on the Admin link at the top of the page. It is very important that you enter an email address to receive the lastest league information.

Coach Login

Coaches should obtain their username and password from their Club Director to enable full access to the PYSL Web and Team sites. If you have any problems, contact the PYSL Webmaster.

The first time you login to the PYSL website, be sure and verify your personal information using the Admin Information page. Just click on the Admin link at the top of the page. It is very important that you enter an email address to receive the lastest league information.

If you have problems accessing the Setup pages of your team website check the to be sure that you are logged into the PYSL website ( your name should be listed in the upper right corner of the page ) and that your name appears on your team page as the coach. If the team coach is set to "Nobody" on your team site, then you are not in the registrar's database for various reasons. You should contact your Director to resolve the problem. If everything looks correct and you still cannot access your team setup pages, do the following:

1. Logout of the site by clicking the logout link at the top of the page
2. Login in again.
3. Click the TEAM SITES link in the red bar in the top area of the page.
4. Click the "Select Team" link on the left even if your team appears
5. Enter your team number and click the GO button.
6. Now try and access the SETUP pages.

If you still have problems, contact the PYSL Webmaster.

Forgot Login

If you forget your PYSL login, you can have it sent to you by clicking the Forgot Login button on the Login page and following the instructions. This will work for all Players, Coaches, and Referees. If you have any problems, contact the PYSL Webmaster.

Team Websites

There are two ways to get to your team website. See below for instructions on Searching and Selecting your team website. Once you visit a Team website, you can quickly return there by clicking the Team Sites link at the top of the page.

Search for your team website:

1. From the Home page, click on the Search link. Select PLAYER or COACH from the first droplist, enter your last name in the text field, and click the GO button.
2. You will see a list of the team(s) that you are assigned too.
3. Click your name or the team number to jump to the team website.

Select your team website:

1. From the Home page, click on the Team Sites link. You will be taken to the last team site that you visited or to the Select Team page.
2. The Select Team page allows you to select a team by number, by player or coach name, or from a list sorted by club, class, gender and age groups. You can change to any team site by clicking the Select Team on the Navigation bar from any Team page.
3. You should now be on your Team Web page. Verify your team number at the top of the page and you should see your name in the top left area.

Setup your team website:

1. Click the Setup link to configure your Team Web page.
2. See the Team Setup Help page for information on how to setup your team site. It is very important that you read the team help and setup help pages. If you have any questions or have problems with the setup forms, address them to the Webmaster.
