Petaluma Youth Soccer League Season Party
Join the Petaluma Youth Soccer League as
we celebrate the exciting kick off for the 2010 soccer season. Soccerfest
2010 will be held at the Lucchesi Soccer Field, on Maria
Drive, at Lucchesi Park in Petaluma on August 19th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. There will be lots of exciting games and
activities, contests with fun prizes, balloons, great food, and much, much
more. Some of the activities include:
- Banner Contest - all teams wishing to participate must have their banners at the field by 5:30 PM, judging and team prizes will be awarded at 6:00 PM.
- Elks Shootout
- Clown Face Painting
- Kids Jumping Room
- Climbing Wall
- Fun Zone Inflated Slides
- United Booths of Food/Drink
- Soccer Merchandise Table
Annual Soccerfest Coaches Game where the kids coach the Coaches.
Format: 7 v 7, Each team will play three 15 minute games, substitute on
the fly, coed teams, only coaches and assistant coaches.

Soccerfest is fun for kids and adults of all ages. Don’t miss the fun!
Volunteers are needed to take care of the following activities:
- Supervising the inflatable Jumping Room (1 to 2 people/hour)
- Supervising with the assistance of Sports City the inflatable Soccer Field (4 people/hour)
- Assisting in organization of the Team Banner Contest (2-3 people, 1 hour)
- Clean up and Garbage Duty (2-4 people)
- Uniform exchange
- Snack Tables
McLea's Tire & Automotive Service and Uniroyal Tire are one of the 2010 sponsors of the PYSL Soccerfest.They will provide free soccer balls (good while supply lasts) and conduct a fundraising promotion for our league families for the 2010 season.
